An American Songbook features many of the classic songs that Americans have come to know and love. Each song on the album creates an ambience so timeless and so appealing that they have forever become a part of the American heritage and a reflection of life's experiences. Also featured on the album are Miss Toni Tennille, from the Captain and Tennille, and the Commanders Jazz Band, a band known for its talent and professionalism.
